About Me

I am an Integrative Counsellor and Registered Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and I abide by their code of ethics. I am also an Accredited Registrant member of the National Counselling Society (NCS) and a member of the Black, African and Asian Therapy Network (BAATN). I have an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling and a Postgraduate Certificate in Trauma Therapy. In addition, I am also trained in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Levels 1 and 2) and in Online and Telephone Counselling.

I have an online private practice and I also work as a counsellor for a mental health charity. I also have a background in human resources and coaching and was a voluntary community mediator for several years. I hold an undergraduate degree and a Masters degree.

I have a longstanding interest in culture and difference, psychology, mental health, wellbeing and mindfulness.
